Designed for families or couples, the 1,400-square-foot home is private, comfortable and offers the best of Mission Bay beach living. The fully-furnished space features three levels of living, with a cozy family room, well-stocked kitchen and multiple sun-drenched, ocean-view patios.

The home comfortably sleeps 8-10 guests in five beds, one futon and one sofa bed. The downstairs floor has one bedroom with a private, full bathroom, and can be closed off from the rest of the home if needed. The kitchen, dining and living room as well as the second bedroom are on the second floor.

The third, and top floor, features the master bedroom with a spacious bathroom, which has a relaxing jacuzzi bathtub. The master bedroom also has its own coffee maker, mini fridge and mini bar so guests can conveniently enjoy the magnificent ocean sunsets on the connected, enclosed roof-top deck.

The home offers Wifi, high-definition Smart TVs, cable and Apple TV, Sonos speakers and a variety of toys, games and books. In addition, use of the spacious two-car garage, washer and dryer and a barbecue are all included. Plus, guests are encouraged to use any and all of the beach supplies, including beach towels, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach cruiser bikes, and a volleyball net.
