The space features two living rooms, two full-sized kitchens and two dining rooms, creating ideal group gathering spaces as well as privacy. Listen to the waves from one of the six cozy bedrooms, or check the surf from one of the private bedroom balconies. The bright and airy home features vaulted, spacious ceilings and several common areas in which your group can spread out. The home sleeps 18-22 guests in 10 beds and two sleeper sofas. The two townhomes are connected on the second-floor kitchen via two lockable doors in each dining room and via a common
front patio, which offers a relaxing, sit-down view of the ocean, surf, sand and boardwalk—not to mention incredible sunsets.
Each townhome also has its own fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and two-car garage (with two additional spaces in front of garages). The property as a whole offers four flat-screen, high-definition Smart TVs, complimentary Netflix and a variety of toys, games and books. Plus, guests are encouraged to use any and all of the beach supplies, including beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cruiser bikes, and a volleyball net.
